Privacy and security while we work on your project
Your contact information and messages are kept securely and in strictest confidence. You’re also welcome to ask us to sign an NDA before discussing your project.
All the materials you send us are kept securely and in confidence. Should we need to share any of the information with a third party in order to complete the project, you will be notified ahead of time. (Examples: Buying a hosting plan in your name, buying software and/or scripts for your use, hiring an external professional for special needs you might have.)
Privacy and security after the project is finished
We customarily keep the materials, documents and a copy of the project on file after the completion, in order to serve you in the future with any updates or maintenance you might need, as well as to be able to help you in case of a major issue such as losing a hosting account (happens more than you think when a customer’s credit card on file with hosting company expires), a hacked website or other such crisis. Please note that we wouldn’t be able to recover any changes you made to your website after we handed over the completed project and are not working on it any more.
You can request that we, after project completion, delete all the materials you gave us. Any NDAs, receipts and communications will be securely kept for our records. Thank you for your understanding.

You’re welcome to view this website and all the projects in our portfolio at any time. The visual look and functionality of the completed projects are copyright protected and cannot be copied by anyone, any time.
Website & graphic design
At the time of project completion, the ownership and rights to all the visual elements of the website are released to the parties who hired us, and we guarantee the lawful use of all the images and other elements custom developed for your project. We reserve the right to showcase your project in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon in the project contract.
The software and scripts used to develop a project often require an annual subscription. You will always be notified of all the costs before use and we will receive your approval before use. In some cases, we already have agency subscriptions we may use, but we reserve the right to require you to purchase your own subscription in the future, should you need software updates outside of any maintenance contracts we might have with you (as, for example, if you decide to maintain the website and perform any future updates yourself or with a third party).
You may use any functionality we custom developed for your website (such as custom scripts or functionality custom built for you on third party scripts) in perpetuity and have the right to modify it in any way once the project is finished.
We reserve the rights to any general processes, workflow, custom code, our company’s internal work functions and development knowledge. Any specific exceptions to it may be spelled out in the contract. This does not include any business or personal information we receive from you, which is always confidential and we confirm we have no right to use in any way outside of what’s necessary to complete your project. Should we need to share any of the information with a third party in order to complete the project, you will be notified ahead of time (Examples: Buying a hosting plan in your name, buying software and/or scripts for your use, hiring an external professional for special needs you might have).
Internet marketing
To successfully market your business, we may receive business and other sensitive information from you. This information is confidential and we agree to keep it as such, except as needed to work with trusted third parties that might be necessary to complete your project (for example, Google may require certain information in order to set up Google ads, various social media requires certain information to set up accounts, analytics gather certain traffic and visitor data, limited information may be shared with team members who specialize in a particular task). You will be notified about each instance before such information is shared.
